With Sharp-aX food and beverage wholesaler software it’s easy to swap items, set auto-write off tolerances, change pricing and choose when to overship, straight from the sales order ship screen.

  • Swap items. If an item is not available or suitable at picking, you can swap the item in the shipping screen for a replacement item, keeping or updating the original price.
  • Auto write-off. Within a set tolerance, it’s possible to automatically write off the remaining quantity. For example, if 2.5kg are requested and you have shipped 2.4kg, the system will auto write-off 0.1kg.
  • Over ship. With a set tolerance, Sharp-aX software will allow over shipping of an item. For example, the requested quantity is 2.5kg and you have shipped 2.6kg.
