Stock Management in the Sharp-aX software can be as simple or as complex as you need it to be. We can handle huge inventory lists of products, some clients are using over 250,000 unique SKU’s! We support a full range of categorisation for ease of discounting, stock grades to simplify reordering, ranges to enable you to advise clients of compatible items or ones designed to share a common theme and the ability to define a range of pack sizes that all share a common stock level.

With full support for a complete location/warehouse/site setup, your warehouse team can be told exactly where to go for each and every order, what’s more with support for multiple images per stock item, you can even include photographs of the product to aid accurate picking.

We support a full range of maintenance tools too, from raising stock transfers, adjustments for when someone inevitably drops or damages an item by accident, the ability to raise site transfers with full visibility between the separate branches or locations, options to specify shared warehouses when they’re physically close enough to use both such as a cold storage area.

One of the most powerful stock tools in the system though is the stock forecasting and stock level re-order. These work in conjunction with each other to support a full “just in time” restocking model, which minimises your stock holding to maximise your cash flow. What’s more, thanks to some innovative customer thinking, the same tool supports the ability to plan your production in conjunction with the Works Order module.

Accounts

One of the core functions of an ERP system is to take over managing your accounts information in a linked environment. Reduce errors that result due to duplication, incorrect information or failure to follow the correct procedures that the accounts team need by putting the Sharp-aX software at the core of your business.

The full suite of reports and options including Debtors/Creditors control, Bank reconciliation, prepayments & accruals, Cost Centre and multi-layered Nominal Groups all allow you to continue using your existing accounting structure critical for allowing like for like reporting.

One of the biggest reasons our client’s chose to purchase Sharp-aX is the ease at which the relevant information can be shared with the right people.

We support a full range of reporting options including Charts, Pivot Tables, KPI’s and standard printable reports. What’s more is that virtually every screen within the Sharp-aX software is able to be customised and laid out to best suit the information required for someone’s particular job role. It’s so easy to do, even users who aren’t confident using computers are happy to make changes to their screen layouts.

We also support full data import and export, both for data maintenance, but to also allow users to share particular information summaries directly from the software. For example if your customer wants a complete buying history for the last 12 months, with a few clicks you can send them an Excel spreadsheet detailing this.

The system also has a feature which as far as we know is unique to the ERP software industry, we can configure and include new fields and tables within the system whilst you’re continuing to trade without any adverse impact to users.

This is a huge time saver for business as you no longer have to wait till the close of business before updating the system to include new processes.
